It's a year since I received a submariner's jumper and a gansey (guernsey jumper) from Beacon & Armour to try out. I love a chunky sweater, especially one with a heritage, a history, behind it. I've worn these two regularly, as you'd expect from a garment designed for hard use at sea, they've stood up well and become favourites in chilly weather.

Beacon & Armour love a story as much as I do and a garment that has a practical purpose will always be a hit with me. Underlining the heritage of their products they sent me some historic images of sailors, fishermen and naval, wearing jumpers that are direct ancestors of the ones I'm wearing.
At £119 each these beautifully made sweaters are made in the UK from British Wool. They are investment pieces that should last a very long time. See Beacon & Armour.

This is an unsponsored post. The sweaters were sent to me to review early last year.
